MAYA L. MUNRO is a CPA with 20 plus years of experience in public and private accounting. Maya earned her CPA while working for Hood & Strong, LLP as an auditor and tax preparer for manufacturers, mortgage bankers, and non-profits. Maya has also worked for fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola and Core-Mark Holdings, is very knowledgeable about business and accounting processes, and is known for her compassion in dealing with peoples finances.

Maya graduated with her B.S. in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. Maya provides tax preparation and bookkeeping services for individuals and small business and provides business advisory services.

DANIEL R. MILLER wrote his first computer program at 16, using paper tape on teletype (ask your grandparents, kids!) timesharing on Control Data mainframes, between milking cows and shoveling manure in Minnesota winters. Despite that early Basic, Cobol, and Fortran history, he is a graduate of Minnesota State University (B.S. – Accounting, 1974) and University of Oregon (J.D., 1982).

He has over forty years’ experience advising small and medium size businesses, with a love of technology. He taught on taxation and accounting issues, is past Treasurer of the Oregon JAYCEES, past President of the Society of California Accountants, and has served as an officer of several start-up companies.
